September 2009 - March 2010: Pedagogical Classroom Activities Toward Play Production and Rehearsals.

Stage II
March 1 - May 1, 2010: Semifinals; Performances Judged at Each Participating School; Play Community Tours.

Stage III
Friday April 30, 2010, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m., Fort Schuyler Club, 254 Genesee Street, Utica, NY.
Press Conference Held to Announce Eight Finalists and Teachers’ Wise Owl Awards Ceremony.

Stage IV
